Warrenty on Karcher vacuum cleaners suck

I bought a Karcher vacuum cleaner in May 2014 and used it as a normal domestic machine. In December 2014 smoke emerged from the machine and I took the machine back to the store of purchase ( Appliance Hyper in Trichard) the machine was send to Pelican services, a local Karcher repairer. I was informed that the \Motor blew "because of excessive dust in the motor and this was because the machine was used without filters.<br> I personally maintained the machine and is a 100% that the machine was never used without BOTH the filters in tact"
