throw your KARCHER away
<p>No spare parts for your Karcher high pressure washer available , my karcher K3 high pressure washer needs new brushers for the electrical motor , Karcher "we do not supply those parts " ok so i ask for a new elctrical motor unit for my K3 , Karcher " we dont supply those parts , so you can throw your Machine away " so if your karcher breaks down out of warranty you can not have it repaired or buy parts to repair it . great customer service ,,,,,, so just throw it away .............................!!! </p>

It is unfortunate you received incomplete information in regard to the provision of spare parts for your K3 high pressure washer. To which we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Kärcher provides a large selection of spares for our machines.
It is not cost effective to replace the motor/carbon brushes of smaller machines such as the K3 high pressure washer. Additionally it provides added risk to replace brushes without assessing the condition of the commutator. If the commutator is damaged the brushes will not last.
When this type of problem arises in the workshop we offer a customer a brand new machine at R 1570.00 incl. vat. The new machine carries a one year warranty.
