TERRIBLE SERVICE ON KARCHER PRODUCT

hi to all . please not i bought a KARCHER Vaccume machine from makro +-2 years ago a fancy yellow machine & was quite expensive att the time little did we know what ******* service u will get from HEAD OFFICE IN EDENVALE JHB & WITH A TOTAL JUNK MACHINE TO BE HONEST. ever since we bought it there was no suction power in it but we hardly used it at the time as we only needed to clean a few rugs that we had we then installed belgotex carpet only to find the machine to be junk & u just pay for the name i reported to makro many times as they say u cant buy bags from them as they dont stock it . i drove almost 2 hours to get to the headoffice to hand the machine over to them to test it 3 days later i get a quote to replace bag & pipe they want +- R 1300 i drove another 2 hours to collect the machine as i refused the quote service staff are arrogant as hell take it or leave it attitude. machine is at my yard & i will dump it soon JUST TO INFORM ALL PLEASE DONT BUY THIS JUNK BRAND OF KARCHER Disgusted client Ebi
