Terrible Service

Terrible Service from this supposedly respected German company. Our BR30 machine has broken so many times despite light use. The people in Johannesburg have no clue how to fix things - has been returned several times after a serviced it is not working. Spares take forever. When they do not know what to do they just ignore you - this includes Miguel Da Silver and Melchior Glendehuis
