Terrible quality

I purchased a Puzzi 10/1 from the Cape Town store about 3 months ago. I informed the salesman Tarriq that I would be needing a industrial machine as I clean lots of large spaces. I told him the machine needs to be able to handle my workload. Since the first week I have had issues with this machine. I have been in and out the branch complaining. On my last job now the machine wouldn't such or spray. I took it to the branch immediately. They have now invoice me for over R4500. The salesman tells me the machine was miss used, as it was dirty when I took it in, not bearing in mind I had just come off a job where the machine let me down once again. I spent alot of money to get a problem machine. Its costing me time and money. I am really disappointed in the brand and product.
