Stay away from Karcher vaccuum cleaners!

Bought the WD 4 vacuum cleaner the 3rd September 2021 so 1 year and 5 months ago.....I used it and put it away amd when I wanted to use it again it wouldnt switch on....no smell or heat of something burnt nothing.....handed it in at Karcher Milnerton and got my qoute today R2600 to repair a burnt motor, on a quite new vacuum cleaner really sucks! Thought it is quality product.....was wrong. Our old Hoover lasted 16 years and still worked when I replaced it with the Karcher!!!! Bad after care service from them , made no effort to say because it was just out of warranty we will maybe meet you halfway or anything
