Shocking service from Kärcher

Shocking Service! Bought LBL Leaf Blower 4 Battery Set *EU on the 4 September- it was not powerful enough so I returned it. On the 7 September I sent emails and tried calling their landline numbers. (Tel: +***0 Fax: + ***2 Email: ***). The whole process of trying to return the order and nobody answering the office landlines or responding to my emails. I had to google for several contact numbers to get hold of someone to get my refund. I eventually got hold of a supplier who said he would contact Karcher to follow up on my refund. After this lengthy process I got an email and the refund department promised my refund today 16 September 2026 - from Deveraux Claassen the Debtors Supervisor. I still have not received my refund after waiting 11 days. I will never buy this brand ever again! No after sales service!!!
