Repairs at a snail's pace

Took an SC3 steam cleaner for repairs in July. Still awaiting 'hose clips' from Germany via Johannesburg at end September. Three hose clips priced on the quote at R16 each. Do we seriously import these from Germany?? Evry request for an update is met with a string of excuses about why the spares are taking so long - mostly to do with Johannesburg reorganising.... if they can't even supply three R16 hose clips, what hope is there for more complicated repairs? Moral of the story ... don't buy Karcher in South Africa!! They are great machines, but when they need repairs, you will be bitterly disappointed.
