Refusal of repair service

On the 06 october 2016 i purchased a high pressure machine from checkers hyper in kempton park. At later stage this year in august 2017 the high pressure machine commenced to develop a fault. When operating it stops and this problem it persists for a longtime. Therefore in early september i adjudged to it take back to checkers hyper so that they could send it back to the manufacturer (kARCHER) for repair. Fortunate enough i was attended by shop manager by the name JOE ( ********** ). Since that time when i left the machine with checkers hyper i never received a call from them about the outcome of my repair. However last week i decided to go back again to checkers hyper to find out what's happening with my repair. To my surprise i was told that karcher has refused to repair my machine but the machine has still have a VALID WARRANTY.
