<p>We bought a karcher 2.360 was used twice and now the machine is not building up pressure. When taking it back to game where it was purchased they informed me that karchers policy is to have it send and assessed first which is unacceptable seeing that the machine is not even a month and a week old. When the machine was purchased I didnt say I want to take the machine home and then say i will pay you after i made sure its working. It is unacceptable. No i have to wait 8 days so that someone can see that their product is faulty. Or no wait they will probably blame the customer which is easier. The machine is no booked in at the game store. Will never pay again for anything karcher. Customer service is ridiculous aswell! The box says 100% quality which is everything but the truth! Booked in on 06 june 2016.</p>
