Pressure Cleaner

My K?rcher pressure cleaner had a broken o ring which I attempted to replace on my own. This resulted in a bunch of oil leaking from the machine. I took it to them and they happily replaced the seal and topped up the oil while I waited. They then refused to charge me for this service. When last did that happen
