Poorly made product

Katcher sc3 steamer has so many faults. 1: Most of the yellow clips on the pipes broke, because of it getting too hot and melting the attachment, now it doesn't seal anymore and steam escapes through the pipes making it useless. 2: Have had to replace sealanoid valve twice due to once again getting too hot and breaking. I only use it 1x week in a small home, how is this made so poorly?! We bought it during covid directly from Katcher,first valve broke about 2 years after this, they say it shouldn't be happening and we should replace the pipes and sealanoid valves, this is just making a very expensive product even more expensive as it keeps on happening. This is too bad, as the few times that it did work, it has so much potential, it's just really made badly, definitely not German engineering.
