NO ACCOUNTABILITY - USELESS TECHNICIANS

Besides being totally overpriced and fleecing the South African public their technicians that service the machines are ***********. the few occasions I had items serviced, it takes forever and have on these occasions had to return the machines as they were not properly repaired.

There is no accountability and no customer service from managment, those on the ground seem to try, but there is no recourse. I can see why they do not respond, they feel they are above their customers and are only happy to take their money.

Be more infomred, there are many better suppliers out there that provide cheaper equivalent products. Dont feel forced to buy Karcher products because the likes of Makro shove them down your throat.

Steer clear until these guys realise who in fact is responsible for paying their salaries
