Nightmare product and service

I purchased SE 4001 on the 15th July 2022. On the first day of use it failed to spray, had a cracked trigger and released fumes. I immediately notified Gavin Booth, after failed troubleshooting and him insisting I travel over 30km to have the machine checked out. It was finally collected.

Gavin wanted to repair the machine I refused as this was clearly an out of the box failure. I can't pay R5000 for a machine that doesn't work on day one. He then claimed to have tested the machine it was 100% functional. So the problem suddenly vanished. I suspect the was swapped, or repaired because I cannot be given proof it's my machine. Also the logo on the machine has been scratched off.

I emailed customer service on 14th September 2022. Attached photos and videos of the machine that failed to work and requested a refund. Emily Modau said the HQ Service Manager Miguel wanted to test the machine himself even after I explained the above with proof.

I had to follow many times for the machine to be collected which happened on the 26th September 2022. Then the waiting game started. I always follow up with Emily she doesn't bother to give me any updates. I have heard nothing from Miguel so much for HQ manager. After another follow up on 17th October 2022 Cecilia Dos Santos gave a report that the machine works perfect. Now why did I bother sending the proof and giving background of what happened.

Its 11th October 2022, four months since I spend R5000 for a machine I can't use. I struggle with washing carpets and upholstery. Please refund me so I can buy a machine from a company that does not sell defects and values customer experience. Kärcher YouTube videos are misleading.
