KB5 issue and Karcher after sales service - Impressed.

Cordless electric sweeper KB5 - I bought this item directly online from Karcher. It stopped working after 11 months. I thought the battery had given up. I emailed Karcher and they responded promptly. Mr Neil Bold emailed me the instructions to clean out the brush section and the unit is working perfectly again. Very impressed not only with the product as well as the after sales service almost a year later. Thank you Karcher South Africa.
