Karcher worst brand to ever buy and there staff are the worst people to ever speak to. Mr Ikram

I bought a karcher vacuum cleaner from house and home in Gateway the gentleman who helped me was very helpful. So the gentleman from house and home in Gateway phoned the regional Manger by the name of Ikram explaining him about the situation where I purchased a vacuum cleaner on the 18th of January 2024and when I tried switching it on on the 22nd of February 2024 the vacuum doesn't come on so the gentleman from house and home Gateway asked Ikram if he can authorize a credit note cos he is willing to replace the vacuum cos the vacuum is still brand new so on the call he tells the gentleman from house home to tell me as a customer to wait for 45 mins cause he is driving and he cannot see the pictures that the gentleman from house and home sent him so I told the gentleman tell him that I don't have that much time because I have work that needs to be done Ikram then tells the gentleman from house and home "if the customer (thats me) wants to wants to wait 3 weeks he rather keep quiet so I was I need of the vacuum cleaner so I decided to wait after an hour passed the gentleman from house and home gives ikram a call and tell him that we still await the authorization for the credit note. Ikram replies to him saying the vaccum cleaner needs to be booked in for 7 working days just to be asset in the interim what do I use cos firstly I don't have a vacuum cleaner and I need to wait for 7 days just to have it accessed which doesn't work for me. Ikram is the most rudest person I have ever spoken to. I handed in the vaccum for assessment and I await. I alway thought Karcher was a good brand but unfortunately I was mistaken I just 1 month the vacuum stopped working. I will never recommend this brand Karcher to anyone firstly when there's and issue there is no one to help,secondly Karcher employ staff that has not customer friendly. Thirdly there is No assurance from any of the managers. Karcher brand is just a waste of money and time.
