KARCHER *****S YOUR MONEY

I took in 2 Karcher K5 pressure washers to be repaired, I asked for a quote to repair 2 K5 units. I received a quote to repair the units, well that is what I though. After making payment to do the repairs I was told oh sorry the quote was to repair 1 unit not both. That is ***** in my opinion, I took in 2 units requested a quote to repair 2 units and when you pay thinking logically that it would be for 2 units, you get told it is for one. So now I am R1900 loss because now I need to hope and pray they refund me because R1900 for 2 units is fair but for one is insane as I can buy a brand new unit from a different supplier for that money with 2 year warrentee as apose to Karchers 1 year and no warentee on repairs
