Karcher repear

I bought my karcher sc4 2 years ago.last year oktober we send it for minor repear through a cleaning company and got it 3 day after it.They found a whole in the hosepipe and changed it.not even 2 months later is broken again.the steam just keep on coming.i phone them and the receptionist sed that they closing for xmas but they will check it.i was told to leave it with them and as soon as they r back from holiday it will be fixed.now is end of January i paid the full amount 980 rand and still waiting.no one can tell me what is going on and honestly i think they don't care.
