Karcher - Quote from their service team. Very rarely is anything covered by the warranty

What an appalling service, and what a downfall for what was once an excellent product. I have had a karcher machine for the past 10 years. 1st one lasted 5 years, 2nd one lasted 5 yeas, 3rd one lasted 6 weeks. With very little use. I was told by Mel at karcher, that it is very rare for any machine to be covered under the warranty as there are so many exclusions. They told me my motor had worn out, when I must have used this around 4 times. They refused to repair it under warranty. Quoting misuse!!!!!!!! I will never ever buy another Karcher machine, and recommend that anyone that is thinking about it must know that the warranty is null and void from the time you take it from the shop.
