Karcher not staying true to their warranty

After more then 2 years of using a Bennett and Reed Pressure washer i decided to purchase a Karcher K2 Pressure washer from makro carnival because it is supposed to be a much more "QUALITY" brand The machine was purchased in December 2020 and used merely for the last 8 months in which it started giving problems. The machine stays running, the hose has kinked, the gun leaks...which bare in mind i never had ANY of these problems with my Bennett and reed pressure yet KARCHER is supposed to be "QUALITY"

I returned the machine to Makro for assessment and repairs, after a week i was told to collect it. They said that they are not going to fix the machine because it was "Over Used" and will cost "more then the machines price to fix" I have 5 vehicles that i constantly use and constantly get cleaned, my Bennett and Reed for the last two and a half years cleaned my vehicles with absolutely no problems.

This is absolutely ridiculous from Karcher I could have purchased Two Bennett and reed pressure washers with the price of this one and yet Karcher cannot stay true to their warranty?

Don't waste your money on these so called high quality products of Karcher, i suppose they supposed to be trophies because they cannot fulfill their purpose!
