Karcher - No Guarantee on equipment

I purchased an Karcher A3 High Pressure water cleaner. After 2 month and limited use, the high pressure nozzle started to malfunction. I took it into 'Builder' in the Crescent shopping centre in Umhlanga where I purchased it and requested a repair or replacement. After three weeks I phoned to ask what was going on, only to be told that there is NO Guarantee on the nozzle and I should buy a new one for about R300.

My advice is buy another make unit if you want a guarantee!
