Karcher Ladies Services department UNBELIEVABLY unhelpful
Today I was so disappointed with the "friendly staff of ladies in the services and repairs department" of Kårcher. I have 2 Waps that needs a little bit of TLC and new nozzle etc
just entering with the 2 Liezl said "o NO we wont be able to assist, buy new ones!" I said to her i do not care what it will cost but i need them fixed and then one after the other the girls jumped in and gave there 2cents...... not to talk that i had to go fetch and carry the 2 heavy waps.
I told Liezl then phone my husband and explain to him that you do not want to help us!!!!!
I took my 2 waps and I left, i will now buy a new 1 but never in my life will i buy for Karcher again or support them.
