KARCHER item replacement

Fantastic service from Karcher - as a user of several Karcher equipment items, but with a problem with one, we were so thankful today to receive a replacement for the one with a problem! Our contact details and address had been requested by email and a courier company surprised us today with delivery of the replacement!
