Karcher inferior products !

I bought myself a Karcher K25 on the 05June 2023, used it once. On the 2nd use it just stopped giving pressure. Took in to Karcher Boksburg August 2023 (The staff was brilliant)... I was informed a few days later that the machine was ready for collection. They never stated what the problem was, but that it was working. I collected it on the 01 September 2023. I stored in my Garage, and today 07 Novemeber 2023 when I used it for 30min it did the EXACT same thing. I think this is an inferior product and would not recommend this machine to anyone, unless you want to have endless problems !

I do not want this machine repaired again, as I do not have faith in this machine ! I would rather want a full refund, or a new machine, NOT A K25 and not a cheaper machine !
