Never buy a machine from Karcher

I bought a Karcher hard floor cleaner Paid R3899 at Builders warehouse, I had it for about 2 months and the assess started failing, the rollers did not want to turn, I took it in and received a quote for R972.91, this is still a new machine ? I mentioned that this machine should still be under warrentee but it seems like this does not apply at Karcher. I saw reviews on Karcher and it seems that Karcher only offer repairs and no new machines. So never by a Karcher machine you will have to pay to get it fixed
