Karcher good service

I purchased a Karcher FC5 Floor Cleaner and the rollers stopped turning after a couple of months. Karcher repaired it but it was damaged and unusable when I received it back. I emailed them with pictures the day it was delivered which happened to be the day of the Covid19 lockdown at the end of March and had no response. 5 Months later out of the blue yesterday, I received a response from a Mr Miguel da Silva who stated that the person I was dealing with had left the company and that he was resolving queries. In no time at all Karcher delivered a new machine. I must compliment Karcher on this superb follow up and service. I have a Karcher power washer as well and highly recommend their machines and their after sales service
