KARCHER CLEANING MACHINES - TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE

We have had endless upon endless bad non excisting service from Karcher. These machines are extremely expensive. Two of our machines broke....was sent in for repairs. We paid about R15 000. After various complaints and asking them to update us they fetched one machine....fixed it and a month later its broken again. Our other machine was sent in...4 months later and we are still waiting for it to come back. And no updates from Karcher.
