This is THE worst service from a company I have ever received. Paid a rediculous amount of money for the initial purchase of this industrial machine. when it's due to be serviced you can wait easily a month to get it back. sometimes even more. they can't fix the machine correctly the first time and then it goes back the next time and you wait again. they have no concern about your loss of income. they can't answer the phones. PATHETIC to say the least. if you are in the market for a washer or any cleaning machine. run away..
