Kacher after sale service
We took our high pressure cleaner to the Milnerton service centre to be repaired...despite the machine only been used three times for domestic use. The quote for repair was only R600 less than a new one. we decided that it was not worth repairing as we may as well buy a new one. we were charged R184 for them to quote on a repair. Both of us work in "service" industries and never do we charge for a quote...even if hours are spent on preparing a quote..which was not the case in this instance. I can understand a call out fee but we took the machine to them. Sadly I have just bought a Kacher floor cleaner....but that will be my last Kacher purchase...

R184.00 is their assessment fee. This is only payable should you reject the quote as the unit had been assessed.
