Inferior Product

I bought a Karcher 1200W wet and dry vacuum cleaner at Game Cape Gate. I used it less than 10 times in the space of 11months and the filter packed up apparently. I only use it to vacuum a 2 bedroom flat with carpets and a kitchen area. I didnt even get to use it for wetness. The warranty didn't cover the filter and its going to cost me more than i paid for the the vacuum to repair it. Im really disappointed in your brand i once thought very highly off. I cannot trust it anymore if you are making products this inferior. The money i spent on that machine is now gone and i have to put my hands back in my pocket to buy another vacuum cleaner. Its not fair on people buying your products.
