Horrible Service

<p>I took a K5 machine to Karcher for repairs, after being reluctant and rude Jacobus Nolte eventually assisted me and booked the machine for repairs on the 24/07/2017. He told me that he ordered a part from Gerrmany and it would be delivered within 7-10 days. I went to Karcher again after 8 days, and this time I was assisted by Elisha since Jacobus had resigned. She assured me that the part would be delivered and I should have the machine latest today 8/8/2017. To my surprise now she tells me that there has been a delay with shipment, after having waited this long and still the machine is not yet fixed. I'm greatly distressed and disappointed by Karcher</p>
