Great Karcher Customer Service
Whilst cleaning my roof with a Karcher K2.360, the machine slid off the roof and the handle broke off. The machine still worked. I phoned Ikraam from Karcher, Durban to enquire where I could get a handle. He offered to get one for me and within a few days I had a handle. Great customer service. Thank you Ikraam and Karcher.
