Great after sale service.

My carpet washer (SE4001) started making a rattling noise and would not spray. I contacted Karcher customer service via email and was promptly answered by Patrick Mudzanane. He referred me to their nearest dealer for assessment and it was found to have an airlock. Quick fix @ R150 and instructions on how to clear it ourselves in future. Thank you for the great aftersales service. It really gives me confidence in this great brand.
