Five Star Service from Karcher Durban
I desperately needed paper vacuum bags. I tried everywhere around Shelley Beach and surrounds. Karcher's customer service put me through to Timna who was amazingly helpful. She was able to have one of their technicians bring them down to Shelley Beach where he was doing an installation. Timna has my vote as a fantastic customer service lady...going the extra mile and more. Five star service. Thank you Karcher and Timna***xx
