Fantastic Service from Klaas Ramphora

I purchased a K4 High Pressure unit on Friday 10th of July as i needed to use it on Saturday. I decided to unpack and assemble the unit late Friday afternoon and on opening the box, found the unit was severely damaged. I immediately called Klaas, around 3:55pm and told him re the issue,. Without ANY hesitation, he said he would bring me a new one on Saturday morning and collect the old one, in his personal time, a day the company is closed.

I was in shock, straight off the bat, he resolved the issue, without having to refer to a manager or anything. Staff who are empowered to make decisions for themselves, and most importantly Klaas, who went way way beyond and came out on a Saturday morning to deliver the new unit.

One small further detail, what an awesome machine this is, it did the job perfectly as well as many other uses over that and now most weekends.
