Fantastic customer service

<p>My Karcher High pressure machine picked up a fault on the motor and pump. I took it in to the Karcher Centre in Cape Town(Koerberg road) and was informed that it was irreparable.</p> <p>As the machine did light work and was not very old, I told them that I was not impressed by this outcome, as I would expect more from a Karcher machine. Anthea from Karcher immediately phoned me back and said that she can see that the machine was still in good condition and that she will see if she can help in some way.</p> <p>The replacement of the machine was authorised within an hour. I am very impressed by Karcher’s customer service and would like to personally thank Anthea and Debbie for their assistance.</p> <p>Outstanding customer service like this, is hard to find these days.</p>
