Excellent customer support

Excellent customer support, a little slow on follow up but when dealt with, the team is brilliant. Big shout out to Leonard, who help diagnose the issue and replace foam canon. The fact he came out to check product and followed up at the workshop to make 100% sure. New item couriered at no cost. Reason #1 why I dont mind paying a little more for a product when the customer service is excellent and the team involved are great !
