<p>Bought a Kärcher product at Game in George. Although according to Game the manufacturer was "within their right to expect certain procedures to be followed, it was the Manufacturer who was prepared to "take appropriate action" and assist me with my complaint. The matter was resolved in a friendly personal and amicable manner to my complete satisfaction. I would like to compliment Mr Greg Jardine (Kärsher Representative) for his assistance and the manner in which he attended to the matter. </p>
