I had a big problem with Makro's after sales service on a Kärcher WD3 Vacuum Cleaner i bought from them. After numerous mails between Makro and myself, I contacted Kärcher and I am so happy to report that Kärcher, attend to my complaint and query with Makro and solved the problem.
