Do not use Karcher

I would like to warn unsuspecting consumers about the poor quality of new Karcher equipment. This used to be a quality brand, but not any longer. Coupled with this is extremely poor customer service. I purchased a very expensive 'premium' cleaner that had a 2 year guarantee. At least it did when I purchased it. Now that is denied and the cleaner's motor has blown. They blame me for apparently not doing something not required in the used manual but something I did in any event as 'good practice'. So essentially they are closing their eyes to their legal responsibilities and calling me a ****.
