Do not honour their 2 year warranty

Great product (vacuum cleaner). Just don't expect them to honour the 2 year warranty on the product. They accuse me of not doing proper maintenance on the product because they found dust inside the vacuum cleaner. They could not show any evidence of abuse or poor maintenance, just photos of dust inside the unit.
