Do not ever buy Karcher products!!

<p>I have a Karcher A2656 vacuum cleaner of which the motor needs new brushes. I've been in contact with the people from JHB and in DBN and all they have to say is that they do not supply/stock these parts. Managers promising to call me back,etc etc. So what now? I need to buy another Vacuum cleaner so it can set me back another R6000+ because you don't offer after sales support and parts as simple as electrical motor brushes?? Come on, you can walk into almost any store and buy brushes for electrical motors for other brand for next to nothing. What a good way to catch people and take their hard earned money. Never in my life will I consider buying a Karcher product again.</p>
