Disappointed and frustrated experience at Karcher

Think twice before you buy, I bought a SC3 steam cleaner from Karcher. Just after a month, the machine produces no steam. I enquire with the workshop shop and they request me to bring it back to their workshop directly to get a fast response instead of taking it to their agent. I took the machine together with all the accessories and original invoice back on the same day although it takes me a 1-hour drive to get there. It takes a tenth of emails for me to get a reference number (1 week) and no response of what is the matter with the machine and the way forward. Even customer care simply respond to the matter has been escalated and I have to continue to wait for a kind respond for what is the way forward. I used to have respect for the brand of Karcher and this is the second machine I am buying in this year. However, the experience I had from their workshop, customer care, and the actual machine is disappointed and frustrated. Do consider take a look at their rating on facebook or hellopeter before your decision.
