Consider carefully before purchasing Karcher
Before deciding on a Karcher product, look at the location of the service outlets, as well as the Google ratings. Neither is complimentary or convenient. Karcher parts cost more that the machine itself - I have 5 of these supposedly German engineered devices - and I am totally disappointed with all of them. I would not be surprised if we are the dumping ground for inferior and cheaper products

We take this type of complaint very seriously and we would like to intervene and request some additional information regarding the issues you experiencing with your Kärcher equipment. Is it possible for you to provide us with some details regarding the models, problems being experienced etc… Our products are subjected to a number of tests during the R & D phase and we would like to address this internally. Kärcher quality is always guaranteed and all products meet with European testing standards. Being a loyal Kärcher customer we would like the opportunity to rectify the situation and see what the performance issues are.
