Just want to give a HUGE shoutout to Miguel Da Silva, Wendy Matthysen for solving my problem with the Karcher machine I bought.
I had a recurring issue with a machine I bought, and they have ensured that I get a new machine.
They were a huge help, and I will deal with them again at ANY time.
