Beware of this brand!

My poor old parents bought themselves the pressure hose pipe, only to find out that it was not good quality... after just using it for a 4 weeks, they then took it to Game and the customer care manager told them it needs to go in for repairs. Katcher then called my dad telling him he needs pay R1200 to repair this machine when it has guarantee and warranty. I am really disgusted by what your company is doing!
