Bad support of product
With this I want to make clear my dissatisfaction with Karcher's bad service. I bought my Karcher FC5 floor washer and after a few months the machine started leaking water. As the machine is still under warranty, I handed it in for repairs over a month ago. (REV***). Apparently Karcher doesn't have spare parts. How do you sell equipment if you can't support it?

We could likely have been waiting on spares for the FC 7 range itself as it is a fairly newer model.
Our spares are usually shipped from Germany within 15 days.
We always however have spares for the FC5. Karcher stocks spare parts and accessories even for discontinued machines for at least 10 years.
May we have a service advisor contact you to further investigate?
