BAD SERVICES FROM KARCHER

We bought a K3 sprayer Karcher make from Makro and this machine stopped working in 3 and a half months. The machine was taken back to Karcher who then told us it is abuse because the pump developed a leak and packed up. We use this machine for 1 to 2 vehicles a day which is not abuse. We are still awaiting feedback as when this was bought from Makro they advised that the machine was the correct one as not to many vehicles are being washed. JP at Karcher said this is abuse and could not explain why it is abuse, then we spoke to Chantel at Karcher and the same result as she then said Megaile will come back to us and the same result. We are now with Moses who is the Makro representative for Karcher. How can a person buy another Karcher product if they use lame excuses if the warranty needs to be used. The machine is still with Karcher and still no satisfaction.
