Bad after sales service!

My husband bought a brand new machine and it came with a ''warranty". he took the machine in as it was broken, but always had to call for an update our machine is there for more than 2 months now.

They eventually called to say the machine cant be fixed and no reasoning to what was wrong, they expect us to pay a fee before we can get our machine back!
