SABC TV Licence collection by KRB incorporated

This company apparently defends or collects or whatever for the SABC licencing. The story goes like this. <br> We have been married for 18 years and cancelled my husbands TV Licence with SABC in October 1997 because we did not need 2 TV licences. We have had numerous legal people contact us. They have us send affidavits, covering letters, marriage certificates etc, which we have adhered to to help sort out. Now again 4 years since the last made contact we have a call centre operator from KRB Incorporated call us, we go through the whole story again, but this time the operator was not only rude he was an out right bully, making all sorts of suggestions of dishonesty and legal threats. This coming from a law firm is totally not acceptable. SABC must get their act together and call center operators should be trained to deal with people! What a despicable experience!!! How on earth does one sort this out once and for all? Incidentally when I called them back I was told they will contact me and I must leave my phone number and the number they called on - to this day no one has called back again. There must be some law that stops this kind of ************?
